Outstanding Adult Leader Award Criteria
Outstanding adult leaders are 4-H club managers, project leaders, and volunteer leaders who serve in a leadership role within the 4-H program and go above and beyond.
The recipients will be selected by a committee based on information submitted in the nomination form.
The Outstanding Adult Leader Award will be given to one or two recipients.
A 4-H leader can receive the award only once in a 7 year period.
Rookie Adult Leader Award Criteria
Rookie adult leaders are 4-H club managers, project leaders, and volunteer leaders who have been in their role one to three years and go above and beyond.
The recipients will be selected by a committee based on information submitted in the nomination form.
The Rookie Adult Leader Award will be given to one or two recipients.
A 4-H leader can receive the award only once.
Friend of 4-H Award Criteria
The Friend of 4-H Awards will be given to an individual, business, company, or other group who has contributed to the success of 4-H in Galveston County. A husband and wife would receive one award and be counted as an organization.
The recipient will be selected by a committee based on information submitted in the nomination form.
The Friend of 4-H award will be given to one or two recipients.
A recipient can receive the award only once.
