Outstanding Adult Leader Award Criteria
· Outstanding adult leaders are outstanding 4-H club managers, project leaders, and volunteer leaders who serve in a leadership role within the 4-H program.
· The recipients will be selected by a committee based on information submitted in the nomination form.
· The Outstanding 4-H Adult Leader Award will be given to one or two outstanding adult leaders.
· A 4-H leader can receive the award only once in a 7 year period.
Rookie Adult Leader Award Criteria
· The Rookie 4-H Leader Award will be given to one or two 4-H adult leaders who have served not less than one year and not more than three years in Galveston County.
· The recipients will be selected by a committee based on information submitted in the nomination form.
· A 4-H leader can receive the award only once.
Friend of 4-H Award Criteria
· The Friend of 4-H Awards will be given to an individual, business, company, or other group who has contributed to the success of 4-H in Galveston County. A husband and wife would receive one award and be counted as an organization.
· This award should not be awarded to 4-H leaders or others who are directly involved in the 4-H Program.
· The recipient will be selected by a committee based on information submitted in the nomination form.
· A recipient can receive the award only once.
