STAR AWARDS

Each year Galveston County 4-H recognizes both its deserving youth members and its adult volunteers through Star awards. These awards are the highest county level achievement awards in the 4-H program and the recipients will be announced at the 4-H Banquet at the end of the 4-H year. There are two categories of awards: 1) Star Awards 2) Nomination Awards. Please see the criteria for each award below.

Star award applicants must turn in a recordbook and be available for an interview on July 1, 2026 to be eligible for star awards. Youth may apply for one award per year.

Outstanding Club Member and adult volunteer awards require a nomination by your club manager, club members, or 4-H parents.
