Each year Galveston County 4-H recognizes both its deserving youth members and its adult volunteers through Star Awards. These awards are the highest county level achievement awards in the 4-H program and the recipients will be announced at the 4-H Banquet at the end of the 4-H year. Please see the criteria for each award below.
Youth applicants MUST turn in a recordbook and be available for an interview on July 1, 2026 to be eligible for awards. Youth may apply for one award per year.
Adult Volunteer awards are nominated by 4-H members, other adult volunteers, or community members.
