MAJOR SHOW TAG ORDERS - SPRING SHOWS

Order what is necessary. The Extension Office does not order extra. Refunds will not be given.
Ordering does NOT enter a participant into any show.
This is NOT for participation in the Galveston County Fair.

Sheep/goats validated during June 2025 are eligible for Spring 2026 major shows. The validated animal must stay in the care of the exhibitor who validated it. If the exhibitor chooses to sell the project to a new exhibitor, the new exhibitor must revalidate the project.
Previously major show validated breeding animals do NOT need to be validated again unless ownership has changed.
If a TGBA/TLBA tag is added, the animal must purchase a new tag and revalidate.
Original registration papers for breeding animals must be in exhibitor’s name by October 1, 2025.

Original registration papers must be in exhibitor’s name by November 30, 2025. All dates, including litter registration, must meet this deadline.

Heifer: October 27, 4:30-6:00pm @ Fairgrounds

Sheep/Goat: October 28, 4:30-6:30pm @ Fairgrounds

Swine: November 19, 4:30-6:30pm @ Santa Fe Ag Barn
